John Cossons
Equity Release Adviser
John “Bob” Cossons, lives with his wife in Raunds, Northamptonshire. He specialises in Later Life lending whether this is Lifetime Mortgages or Retirement Interest-only mortgages (RIO’s). He is a member of The Equity Release Council.
When not working Bob follows the Formula 1 and is a regular visitor to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
Darren Amos
Financial Planner and Equity Release Adviser
Darren holds the diploma in Financial Planning and is an experienced Lifetime Mortgage and Equity Release, specialist. He is an active member of The Equity Release Council.
When not working he enjoys time with his wife, grandchildren and holidays. He is a lifetime supporter of Luton Town Football Club.
Cathy Blake
Financial Planner and Mortgage Adviser
Cathy has been working in the financial services industry most of her life. In 2011 she completed her Diploma in Financial Planning and now specialises in later life lending and long-term care advice.
When not working, Cathy enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and is a keen musician.
Amanda Halleybone
Mortgage Adviser
Amanda Prides herself on the help and support she provides to all her clients. She has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage arena.
When not working and bringing up her two sons, she is a keen horse rider and enters many local show jumping events.
Nick Ripley
Mortgage Adviser
Nick has well over 30 years of experience in the mortgage market. He prides himself on offering a high level of professional support and advice to his clients.
Nick lives with his wife in Woodford, Northamptonshire and has two grown-up daughters. When he has time, he is a keen golfer and a member at Brampton Park Golf Club near Huntingdon.
Tina Ellis
Lead Client Support
Tina is the lead administrator of the Client Support Team. Her role involves processing new Equity Release cases, liasing with the providers and clients.
Tina lives with her husband in Rushden, Northamptonshire. When not shopping at Rushden Lakes she enjoys time with her grandchildren and socialising with friends.
Megan Leach
Client Support
Megan has joined us from Southfield School, Kettering. She ensures that the Lifetime Mortgages are completed a smoothly as possible by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, product providers and our clients.
When not working she enjoys her music and is a regular festival-goer.
